For those of you desperate for a double shot of weirdness- and thought you only had days to go- there’s been a change of plans.

Nyege Nyege 2020 has been postponed to December 3rd through 6th of this year, and still takes place across the a long weekend to kick off a calendar month.

The massive festival had been toying with ideas of digital elements and a pared down audience- but not has taken the path of shifting altogether.

As a yearly festival Nyege has become an East African mainstay- by most accounts the best shot for shot party in the region every year and the top shelf showcase of East Africa’s musical diversity.

Stay up to date with the EA Scene for more information regarding updates to Nyege’s new scheduled dates.
